So this is the first year I’ve been in the world of nerd, so to speak, and I’m dying to revamp our tree. There’s so many fandoms that I want to show some love and I’ve been searching for the perfect pieces to add. I personally like a variety of ornaments on my tree (I don’t usually do matching bulbs from a box, etc), so I love the idea of my fandoms coming together as one for Christmas. Here are my favorite Nerdy Christmas Ornaments.
I know we’ve all seen these snowflakes floating around the internet, but sadly I do not have the patience to cut them out myself. These Star Wars Snowflakes have been made with a 3D printer so they’re there to last on your tree or around your home foreverrrrrr.
Nothing says 8-bit like Super Mario. These Super Mario perler bead ornaments are absolute perfection and remind me of when I hoped to find a Super Mario game under the tree as a kid.
The name says it all – Starship Gingerprise ornaments. How. Freaking. Cute.
These awesome comic book ornaments are made from vintage comics from the 70’s and 80’s and has both Marvel and DC. I think they’re fun and pretty 🙂
I think everyone needs a tiny, adorable Jayne hat ornament on their tree.
I totally consider cats a fandom of mine and this glasses wearing cat ornament is just too adorable for words.
Exterminate any Christmas blues with this angel winged Dalek.
Kiiiiiinda dark but oh so good for any Walking Dead fans – Daryl’s ear necklace ornament.
Oh I miss you, Ned Stark – Christmas is coming ornament.
Ahhh I can’t even with this Santa Sorting Hat. I need this on the top of my tree yesterday and am THIS close to ordering one for myself because it’s that awesome.

I love them too – want to attempt to make some of those with my Silhouette instead of cutting by hand.
I love the comic book ornament–so adorable! I’m a sucker for book page/comic book page stuff. And that Dalek tree topper is too perfect. I should say that even though I reaaallllyy love Daryl, I don’t think I could put the ear necklace on my tree, Ha!
I don’t think I could hang up the Daryl ears either, but it did make me laugh :p
These are all so wonderful! We are hoping to convert our tree to ‘full geek’ over the next couple Christmases, adding a bit more each year. We’ll keep some family ones in there too of course! 🙂
I really want my tree to be full geek aside from family ones – way more fun that way 🙂

I’m loving all the ornaments! We are slowly building up our collection of nerdy ornaments. We have a tradition where the little man gets to pick out an ornament every year for our tree.
My tree needs a nerdy makeover for sure 🙂
